People are starting to mention it. They see the change in my face. They are asking me for advice on weight loss. There is no better feeling than having friends and family look at me and start asking questions about my transformation. The weight I lost in the beginning was exciting, but now it’s really starting to show. I have made it to 40 pounds lost, but I am not stopping here.
I hit a plateau a few weeks ago, I was stuck at 202 pounds, so I started implementing intermittent fasting. I will eat dinner around 9:30 pm-10:30 pm, then I will wait to eat again until around 3pm the next day. I do this about 3 times a week. I also started to pay more attention to the amount of food I was eating, instead of only looking at my macros. This is what I believe broke my plateau.
Exercise and Supplements
Also, I finally got a gym membership, and have been going after work about 4 times per week. Today I went to the gym after fasting for 13 hours and right now I feel amazing. I take the pre-workout C4, 20 minutes before going to the gym. That stuff really gets me going. I wish I had started exercising earlier in to my diet because it is definitely paying off. Other supplements I have been taking: fish oil, mct oil, magnesium, potassium, zinc, turmeric, collagen, apple cider vinegar.

I can’t believe its only been 3 months and I have lost 40 pounds. I have tried so many different diets, I am so glad I did my research in to keto. When I am asked for advice, I always credit my diet. Everybody is different, but anyone who has tried it all, should definitely try keto and intermittent fasting. I have inspired about 3 of my friends to start. I have a friend who has been on keto for 3 months and he is down 24 pounds. It really, really works. I am often asked “when will you quit”? The answer is, never. I may start to introduce carbs in to my diet here and there, but I will never poison my body like I was, ever again. I love to hear success stories, no matter what diet.
