My Easy Broccoli Cheese Casserole
Super cheap and easy, and totally keto!
Butter glass pan.
Add steamed broccoli, Shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese(softened) and heavy whipping cream.
Bake in oven at 350 until crispy on outside.
My Keto Chili
This is an experiment of mine, and I love it! Pretty simple, but you can make this your own. I dropped 2 poached eggs in mine after cooking it. Check out the second pic. 1 lb cooked ground beef, 1/2 cup of water, 4 oz tomato sauce, 2 tbsp butter, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 1 chopped garlic clove. shredded cheese, as much as you want. I like tons! Salt, pepper, chili powder. Heat, simmer, enjoy!!
Bacon wrapped chipotle grilled pork tenderloin
Blend chipotle peppers with adoboe sauce. Rub tenderloin with sauce and let marinade 8-12 hours. Wrap tenderloin with 10 slices thick sliced bacon and secure with bamboo skewers. Grill over indirect heat for 20-30 minutes turning once
Keto Mug Cake (no flour)
Tonight I decided to finally try to make my own keto mug cake recipe. It turned out great! This recipe does not call for any flour of any kind. I have made a few of these before, but this time I made it my own. Let me know what you think.
2 tablespoons low carb peanut butter
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon 100% cocoa
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons Stevia
1 teaspoon baking powder
Combine peanut butter, cinnamon, cocoa, and butter in small bowl. Microwave for 25 seconds.
Then, stir in beaten egg, stevia, and baking powder.
Pour the batter into your mug and microwave for 1 minute.
When done, season with cinnamon and stevia.
