Easy Keto Taco Casserole and/or Low Carb Burrito

I threw this together tonight and I love it!

This Easy keto taco spread recipe is low carb and delicious. I bought some low carb tortillas to make a burrito with the casserole, but this is optional. The spread is great by itself. If you are going to use the tortilla to make a burrito, it is probably best to limit yourself to one. The tortillas still have 7 net carbs each. Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 Bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1/2 White onion (chopped)
  • 1 Taco Seasoning pack
  • 2 Avocados
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 Jalapeno pepper (sliced)
  • 1/2 Can green chiles (2 oz)
  • 1 Protein wrap (low carb tortilla, optional)

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Cook ground beef in cast iron skillet on medium heat until brown
  • Stir in water, onion, bell pepper, jalapeno, chilis, and seasoning, cook for about 5 minutes. (stir half way through)
  • Pour cheese on top, stir in
  • Transfer to oven for about 5
  • Serve with sliced avocado
