2 Chicken Breasts
1 Lemon (sliced)
1 Bell Pepper, (sliced)
Garlic Salt, Italian seasoning, Oregano
This one is super tasty yet super simple.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Season with Garlic Salt, Italian seasoning, Oregano
Cook chicken breast in olive oil on cast iron skillet on medium for 3 minutes on each side.
Cut chicken breasts in half.
Baked for about 25 minutes. Add lemon and bell pepper,
Bake for another 10 minutes.
With this recipe, I made broccoli with melted cheese for the side.
Sooooo good, and soooo keto. Enjoy!
