Tonight I decided to finally try to make my own keto mug cake recipe. It turned out great! This recipe does not call for any flour of any kind. I have made a few of these before, but this time I made it my own. Let me know what you think.
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons low carb peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon 100% cocoa
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons Stevia
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Combine peanut butter, cinnamon, cocoa, and butter in small bowl. Microwave for 25 seconds.
Then, stir in beaten egg, stevia, and baking powder.
Pour the batter into your mug and microwave for 1 minute.
When done, season with cinnamon and stevia.
